Hour 1 – Technical foundation
Purpose: touches, confidence, rhythm.
• Dynamic warm-up with ball
• Ball mastery (both feet)
• Passing + receiving
• Simple finishing
Hour 2 – Game skills under pressure
Purpose: decision-making.
• 1v1 attacking & defending
• Small group tactics (2v1, 3v2)
• Transition drills (attack → defend)
Hour 3 – Match play
Purpose: apply everything.
• Small-sided games first (4v4 / 5v5)
• Then full match
• Rotate teams often
